There’s a lot of buzz right now about protein intake and weight training during menopause — but how much protein do you actually need? What kind of strength training is safe and effective? And how do you realistically fit it into your life?
We will explore menopause symptoms and treatment options, and this retreat also features a menopause exercise expert and a nutrition specialist who will address those questions and more, providing you with practical, clear advice you can apply. Please wear comfortable exercise attire and enjoy a delicious lunch while connecting with other women in a supportive, welcoming environment. It’s an afternoon dedicated to learning, community, and leaving with a sense of being informed, confident, and supported in this next chapter.
